Extremely beneficial in case of frozen shoulders. Releases stress in the shoulders very effectively in a short span of time. Brings auspiciousness, courage, grace and peace.





PRANAYAMA
Practising pranayama regularly has a direct impact on the lungs. It increases chest wall expansion and strengthens respiratory muscles. When we do fast breathing pranayama like kapalbhati and bhastrika it allows respiratory muscles to expand and contract rapidly, which improves lung function.





SURYSNAMASKARA
Surya Namaskar is a great way to stretch and strengthen your muscles, joints, and tendons, as well as your skeletal system. The advancements may also aid in improving your spine's adaptability. Your limbs become symmetrical as you practice the poses, which helps your internal important organs work better. 8. Calming Your Body.
